Now Serving Food!
Mar 27, 2015
The Back Forty Test Kitchen is officially open! Food will be served at the brewery on Fridays and Saturdays starting at 5pm. Check out this week’s menu here.
We will feature farm fresh local ingredients from the family farmers and dairies who use our spent grains as feed and fertilizer. House beer mustards and spent grain pretzels, locally-farmed and foraged greens and cheeses and meats both raised on our spent grains and sourced directly from the Auburn University Meats Laboratory. Our salad dressings will feature craft beer vinegar made from our beers and local wildflower honey inspired by our award-winning Truck Stop Honey Brown Ale.
All of our dishes can be specifically paired with each of our hand-crafted ales to create the perfect balance and a uniquely local experience. The Back Forty Test Kitchen is officially open for business. Cheers!
